Ingredients
1 Pineapple
2 Mangos
5 Passion Fruits
8 Mint Leafs
1/2 Gallon of Water
1/2 Cup of sugar
Prep
Peel the mangoes and cut them into small cubes and proceed to do this with the pineapple as well.
In a blender add the cubed mangoes and pineapple
Cut the passion fruits in halves and scoop out the insides and add them to the blender.
Add the sugar and some of the water to the blender. Proceed to blend all the ingredients together.
Pour the thick blended product into a jug with the remaining water. At this stage you could add more sugar or water to your own preference of sweetness and consistency tasting.
Gently smash the mint leafs with your palms and add them to your jug.
Stir and serve over ice.
